To learn how to subscribe to the Hunter Service Network (HSN) and access Pilot Navigator, you can follow the steps below.
Click this link https://sso.hunterindustries.com/ and select Create New Account. Follow the step-by-step instructions to create your Hunter SSO account.
From Pilot CCS go to Settings and enable Database Backup and Pilot Navigator App Crew Members. Database backup will prompt you to enter your Hunter SSO account login credentials.
- Type the email that was used to create your Hunter SSO account, enter a valid email field, and select Add Crew Member. Note: If more employees need access to the Navigator app they must create a Hunter SSO account and then they can be added to the Crew Member list.
In Safari or Google Chrome, enter the URL Bar pilot.hunter.global to take you to the Pilot Navigator login screen.
- Enter your Hunter SSO login credentials to log into Pilot Navigator. Upon first entering the app it will prompt customers to put in their credit card information to subscribe to HSN and use Pilot Navigator.
