Controller Details is an essential function of managing your customer accounts. This feature allows you to easily update the programming of their controller(s), rerun the setup wizard (if needed), or move their controller to another account.
Important: The Delete Controller feature will completely remove the customer controller and programming from the Hydrawise database. Please be sure to use caution.
- Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
- Tap on the Customer Management icon on the upper right-hand side of the app.
- Select the My Customers tile.
- Select a Customer Name.
- Tap on the Controller Name.
- Choose from three options:
- View & Program Controller: Allows you to make programming changes to customers' controllers.
- Setup Wizard: Run through the setup wizard to ensure the account configuration is complete.
- Move to New Account: Allows you to move to a new account owner that exists in your contractor account.
