After a customer is added to your account, you can adjust their access level to the software. This may be at the customer’s request or based on issues you've observed, such as incorrect programming that could lead to landscape damage.
Customers can be assigned one of two roles:
- Can modify configuration & run zones: Allows full programming access
- Can view configuration & run zones: Allows manual operation and view-only access to programming

- Sign into your Hydrawise account.
- Tap on the Customer Management icon on the upper right-hand side of the app.
- Select the My Customers tile.
- Select a Customer Name.
- Tap on the Controller Name.
- Tap on the User Name.
- Tap Edit on the upper right-hand side.
- Choose from three options:
- Update customer name
- Update customer programming access
- Update customer email
- Tap Save.
