User Details is an essential function of managing your customer user access. This feature lets you easily update the customer name, monitor programming access roles, edit email, and send a lost password/activation email.
Important: The Delete User feature will remove the customer's email from the Hydrawise database. Please be sure to use caution.

- Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
- Tap on the Customer Management icon on the upper right-hand side of the app.
- Select the My Customers tile.
- Select a Customer Name.
- Tap on the Controller Name.
- Tap on the User Name.
- Tap Edit on the upper right-hand side.
- Choose from three options:
- Update customer name
- Update customer programming access
- Update customer email
- Tap Save.
- Choose from two options:
- Send lost password: You may need to send a customer a lost password email if they forgot their password.
- Resend activation email: You may need to send a customer another activation email if the email was changed or they had issues receiving it after the setup wizard was completed.
