A common question from contractors is: "How can I show my customers that I'm actively managing their irrigation" Hydrawise makes it easy with automatic weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually irrigation reports delivered by email or through the app. Here's how they work:
Create Report

- Tap the Customer Management icon on the upper right-hand side.
- Select Customer Wide Settings.
- From the Customer Reports tab, tap on Add Customer Report.
- Enter a Report Name: This will be the heading of your customer's report.
- Enter a Customer Message: Add a personalized message to each report, or use a default message that stays the same every week.
- Select a Report Type.
- Water Use: Summarizes the last reporting period with information about the irrigation that occurred.
- Upcoming Watering: Summarizes the expected watering for the upcoming period based on the forecast at the time the report is generated.
- Set the Frequency to weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annually: The report will start collecting and storing data as soon as it's created.
- Apply to All Customers, or you can select specific customers.
- Choose your Actions. Check each box that applies.
- Send Email
- Send App Notification
Your report will now start collecting and storing for the customers you selected. It will be automatically sent to your customers according to the frequency you selected.
