If you accidentally add a customer controller under your own business account, the customer won't have access to it until you move it into their account. In just a few simple steps you can transfer it so both you and your customer have access. Here's how to do this:

- Sign in to your Hydrawise account.
- Tap on the Customer Management icon on the upper right-hand side of the app.
- Select the My Customers tile.
- Select your Business Account from the customer list. (In the example at right, you would select Hunter Landscapes, Inc.)
- Select the Controller Name that needs to be moved.
- Tap on Move to New Account.
- Under Accounts, select the Customer Name.
- Tap Save.
